Jordan and I both agree that our second week could be summarized by saying good-bye to cravings and hello to a lot more energy!

We are two weeks into our journey and we are doing so much better than we were doing the first week. I worked my way up to the 900-calorie diet while Jordan will stay behind on his 800-calories until he finishes the program. My rational for not going as low as Jordan is that he has 70 lbs to lose; I have between 119 to 180 so I'll be doing this a lot longer than Jordan so I need something sustainable.

This week we're down a total of 14 lbs each. It's more exciting than I can say. Yesterday I slipped into a pair of jeans that were too tight to wear all winter (size 26), now my go-to pair! Jordan insists he can already see changes and that my butt looks smaller. He's totally full of it, but so sweet.

To be in control and to exercise willpower makes me feel like a different person altogether. I had no idea I could do it for even two weeks—we haven't cheated yet!
