Lil' Cheats

Hello Beautiful
Our cravings are better but both Jordan and I had our first cheats this week! I bribed a coworker into loaning me his truck with homemade blueberry pie and I made a miniature one for myself and oh man, was it good! I'd never ever made a blueberry pie before and the wafts of vanilla, lemon zest, juicy blueberries and buttery crust were just too much to resist! Next, Jordan and I went to a movie and each got a medium popcorn (mine buttered) and it was a salty masterpiece of greasy goodness. We mitigated our cheats a bit with smaller lunch portions and a little extra exercise.

Speaking of exercise, I haven't talked about this at all because our plan doesn't include it! This is for two reasons:
1) The plan is designed for those who may not be physically able to exercise so they can still lose weight and
2) with only 800 and 1000 calories, respectively, Jordan and I don't physically have enough energy to incorporate exercise.
We are allowed to go on walks or do one fitness class a day but we're encouraged to add another PWLC protein shake to our diet that day if we do. Happy with the progress this week and interested to see if we pay for our cheats next week. Tune in next week to find out, Duhn duhn DUHHHHHN!
