Getting 10% Off

Current Weight: 313 lbs
Total Loss: 36 lbs
Avg. Loss/Week: 3.75 lbs
- Body Weight %age: 9%

I didn't mention this in my last post but I hit another important milestone health-wise this week.

Thirty-five lbs marked a 10% weight loss. In 2008, Weight Watchers taught me that the benefits of losing just 10% of one's body weight are significant. I made a little infographic for your reading pleasure below:

Oh man, I can sleep easier at night knowing my gallbladder is happier (if I even knew what a gallbladder is or where it resided in my body...). Anyhow, happy to reach another mini milestone, whoop whoop!
